Ministry of Worship
The Ministry of Worship is responsible for developing worship celebrations that reflect the joys and challenges of the church. This is accomplished by assisting the pastor; coordinating the music ministry of the church; securing ushers and lay leaders; and forming groups to carry out these duties. They facilitate Kids' Own Worship opportunities for children. They are responsible for technology as it influences worship, including supervision of the technology personnel during worship experiences. They form the support and evaluation committee for the pastor.
